That most four year olds should still be in a harnessed car seat?

That ALL six year olds in the State of Connecticut MUST be in a harnessed car seat or booster seat and that most 8-10 year olds should be as well?

When it comes to child passenger safety, state laws must be followed.  But those state laws are only the bare minimum standards. 

Best practice recommendations are significantly safer than all of CT’s state laws regarding car seats and booster seats.
